Since 2003, Cheryl has trained and coached thousands of agents. With a Master’s Degree in Human Performance and Training, Cheryl understands the link between learning and performance to achieve results.
Cheryl led a successful career in real estate beginning as a corporate sales trainer. She participated in several condo conversions at American Invsco before being promoted to National Director of Sales and Training. Eventually she transitioned to training, sales and broker management at Dream Town Realty. After 10 successful years in the business, Cheryl joined Keller Williams as a Productivity Coach.
Tammy Sartain embarked on her real estate journey in the year 2000, relishing every twist, turn, triumph, challenge, intense conversation, short sale, foreclosure, and the enduring relationships established with both sellers and buyers. Throughout her career, she consistently ranks among the top-producing agents, achieving multi-million dollar production milestones. With resilience and adaptability, she navigated through diverse market fluctuations, weathering both favorable and unfortunate times.
Initially operating as an independent agent, Tammy's trajectory shifted in October of 2014 when she became a part of Keller Williams. In this new chapter, she absorbed knowledge, experiences, and insights, compelling her to seek greater achievements within her business. Embracing the full spectrum of offerings presented by her affiliation with Keller Williams, she remains committed to growth and success.
Jeff was born into real estate. A second-generation real estate broker, Jeff was raised in Nebraska where, like his father he went into the real estate field only a month after earning his degree from Trinity International University. His career began at the side of a prominent businessman from the Chicago area, where Jeff oversaw the management, acquisition and disposition of assets such as hotels, office buildings, Broadway theatre and even a castle!
In 1998, Jeff decided to strike out on his own and follow the footsteps of his father in residential real estate. Since then, Jeff has owned and managed three real estate offices, been involved in thousands of real estate transactions, and has personally trained and mentored over a hundred full time residential real estate agents. Jeff brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to each of his coaching clients to help them reach their business goals and achieve a life worth living.
